General
Sense RTL supports and has been tested on more than 250 themes, including all of Shopify's official themes. If your theme doesn't work as it should, write to us and we'll adapt it.
No. We work exclusively with Theme App Extensions - no scripts injected into the theme. Your store's Lighthouse score stays the same before and after installation. The direct meaning is 0 impact on speed.
Installation
A minute or two. You install from the app store, enable the block in the theme editor, and that's it. No code editing needed.
Settings are saved in the app account, not in the theme. After switching themes you only need to enable the block again in the editor.
Pricing and payment
Yes. Every app has a free trial through Shopify, and you can cancel at any time from within your store.
Yes. On each app's page you can see the plans, but we're generous even in the most basic plans, and some apps also have a free plan.
Support
Hebrew and English. The team is based in Israel and knows the local themes and shipping providers.
Usually up to a few hours on business days. Urgent requests that take a store down are handled first.
